A quick note
When I first joined the board of Future Church, we were a new church plant. We didn't have any tools from the get-go, so we built our own and figured it out as we went.
Since then, talking with church leaders and board members across Australia, I've found that's pretty common. Lots of people say yes to a church board without much of a guide for how it all works. I created these resources to help.
Churchpulse is an ever-growing library to help equip boards. These tools give you some guideposts and a bit of admin relief, so your board can spend more time on decision-making. That's the most important part.
Questions

Yes. We keep improving the tools and adding new ones to the folder, so check back from time to time.
No. The resources are general information to help your board get organised. Your constitution comes first, and for specific questions talk to your lawyer or accountant.
Email hello@churchpulse.com.au and we'll sort it out. Questions and suggestions are welcome too.
